(BADGE) - Give a user a badge

• To use, private chat a user and send /nbReasonhere. The command to remove the badge is the same.

• Badge allows users who are of a lower rank to add a badge to a higher/lower rank as long as they meet the sufficient rank to use badge.

• When a user has a badge, they cannot be dunced. If they are already dunced, the dunce is removed and the badge is added instead.

• If your chat has Gcontrol assigned, there is an option to change what rank is allowed to use badge.

• Default rank that is able to badge is Owner+
