This power allows you to add animated text effects to your status.

Note: You need Status for Statusfx to function.

Current Effects

There are 13 effects in total, and you will unlock new effects for each Statusfx power you buy. You need 4 units to unlock them all. More effects may be added in the future. You can preview what an effect looks like by hovering or clicking on the effect in the table below.

Some effects allow you to add a second status that is interchangeable. To set a second status, a text field will appear in your power settings.

Adding Effects

To add effects to your status, you are required to have at least one unit of this power.

To access your power settings, click your name at the top of the Visitors list to open your profile dialog, and then click the "Settings" option. Alternatively, click the Quickbar and then click the "Settings" option. Then click "Powers" from the side tab and view your StatusFx settings.

You can choose the effect you want and the speed it will have. You can adjust the speed from 1-6.

Disabling Statusfx Appearance

You can disable the animated text effects of Statusfx in the chat. This can help reduce lag if needed.

To do so, click your name at the top of the Visitors list to open your profile dialog, and then click the "Settings" option. Alternatively, click the Quickbar and then click the "Settings" option from there. Then click “Appearance” and change the StatusFx setting to “Disable”, and click "Save Settings".
